This celebrated improvisational theater workshop for seniors has gained incredible appreciation from audience and participants alike.

It is sponsored by the Westbeth Artists Residents Council and supported by Little Island NYC.

Nancy Gabor director and acting teacher, initiated ‘You’re Never Too Old to Play” in 2018, a weekly workshop in the Westbeth Community Room for a diverse group of 17 players from 65 to 95 years old.
Paul Binnerts, director and playwright, joined Nancy to help develop stories a short time later.

The focus is on breathing, playful improvisations, and story development based on experiences and memories.
