Pete Caldera is a columnist for the Bergen Evening Record, covers the NY Yankees. He attends spring training, travels to games. He will be open to talk baseball after the performance.

John Eckert (Trumpet): Has played with the greats Stan Kenton, Toshiko Akiyoshi, Benny Goodman, Buck Clayton, Grover Mitchell, Lee Konitz, and Bobby Short. Beyond his versatility within the Jazz medium, he has also played in the orchestra pit of several Broadway musicals, as well as with the Simon & Garfunkel reunion band.

First Fridays at Westbeth was created by Westbeth Musicworks to present the work of the musicians and composers of Westbeth. . The evenings are sponsored by Westbeth Artists Residents Council.
