David Greenspan
The Invention of Love

September 17, 2026 - October 3, 2026

“I will be playing the great poet and scholar A.E. Housman in Tom’s Stoppard’s gyroscopic dreamscape The Invention of Love. On the last night of Housman’s life and/or the first day of his afterlife, the hidden love for his college friend plays out alongside his growing dedication to a scientific approach towards classical scholarship. Love lost but never forgotten and the enduring love of knowledge. It’s a gorgeous play.

Short run, small theater. Link below for tickets. I hope you can attend.

All best,
David”
