Join us for the in-person debut of Seeing Music Live, presented by the New York Artists Circle. The exhibition explores the connection between visual art and sound. Curated by Yvonne Lamar-Rogers and Cheryl Aden, the show features works inspired by music that moves, grounds, or transforms—music that shapes memory, mood, and creative process. Artists respond to rhythm, harmony, repetition, and improvisation, translating sound into visual form. Originally launched online, this in-person exhibition invites viewers to experience the ways in which art can echo the emotional force of music—offering a rich, sensory experience that resonates beyond the gallery walls.

Barbara Slitkin : “Art making is part of my earliest beginnings and the start of a spiritual practice that has very long roots”. She is a process artist uncovering sensitive material through the inner workings of the psyche. Barbara Slitkin’s art work is shown in the New York City area and is in private and Museum Collections worldwide.
