Eve Zanni is an original jazz voice, warm and expressive with a sensual musicality...traversing the primal depths of great jazz standards and original compositions in a blend of her unique arrangements that embrace classic jazz, Brasilian, Afro-Cuban, Celtic and Middle-eastern rhythms....all sung with passion and romantic soul.
Eve Zanni was born in California into a family of musicians, vocalists and activists, spanning several generations...(her father’s Vaudeville legacy includes membership in the famed Harmonicats). Eve grew up in a “madly musical household”. Performing Skills: Jazz / World Music Vocal Soloist, harmony vocals, arranging, Celtic music, guitar, penny whistle, percussion. Eve leads her own ensembles; (JAZZMUNDO, THE SWEETHOTS) as well as performing with many jazz greats including: The Cab Calloway Orchestra (led by Cab's grandson, Calloway Brooks) to name a few. Eve also tours, records, in the U.S., the Caribbean and Europe. Eve’s Swing vocal trio "The Sweethots" ; are mentioned in Will Friedwald's book Jazz Singing as the "best of its kind" and The Ella Fitzgerald Biography by Stuart Nicholson. Eve Zanni's contribution as a vocalist and lyricist/composer of Lester Young solos are acclaimed in Dr. Henry Daniels' book, Lester Leaps In and she is listed in Lewis Porter's new Jazz Encyclopedia.

Vocal Director: A self-described “harmony and improvisation fanatic” Eve Zanni delights in singing and teaching vocal harmony and improvisation. Eve is creator and Vocal Director of Bliss Singing; SINGTIME SESSIONS; an ongoing choral program with jazz piano accompaniment for Westbeth Arts and The City Council of New York.
