Jeffrey Middleton — Music

I am a classical pianist and have worked as a free lance musician, a teacher, and vocal coach. My specialties include the solo music of Joseph Fennimore, whose music can be heard on a number of recordings for Albany Records, the music of J.S. Bach, also on Albany Records, and the vocal repertoire. I was the coach/pianist for Betty Allen at the Harlem School of the Arts for over twenty years, and was the Music Faculty at the School of American Ballet for over thirty years. I've been a Westbeth resident since 1995.

Lonely Planet is a major work of Joseph Fennimore with our endangered environment as its subject. The Debussy Études are among Debussy's last works.

This recording of the Second Book of Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier was first recorded in 1994. It is being re-released by Albany Records in January 2025.
