Bliss Singing: SingTime Sessions at Westbeth is now in its 10th year, thanks to the Westbeth Artists Residents Council! Members tell me that the combination of vocalizing w some Qigong energy, body stretches & dance movements and the joyful, invigorating songs we sing, is transformative! Hence; BLISS FORMATION!

We have a rousing repertoire of Civil Rights classic songs, Gospel, Jazz Standards. some Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Salsa, even classical!

I believe in the BODY and SOUL connection and invite performers and audience to move around freely as they sing.
Free creative movement and vocal improv are huge components of the Bliss-formation.

Members sometimes write original songs and perform them. Each class has a closing “Bliss Cabaret” where members or guests perform songs or poetry or dance.

We are a Community Chorus which means everyone is welcome to sing along with us! Come celebrate our 10th year on July 31st in the Community Room – 6pm – 8pm.

We break each year for the month of August then resume mid-September, this coming year on: Friday September 18th.
