Senior Program for Low Cost Fresh Food

Fresh Food for Seniors is a program in its fifth year that provides older adults with affordable fresh produce grown on local farms. Every two weeks participants can order and pick up their pre-packed Food Bag filled with seasonal fruits and vegetables at a participating senior center. It is sponsored by Council Speaker Corey Johnson and Manhattan Borough President, Gale Brewer.

The information on the flyer is for the West Village Houses community center, which is the closest one to Westbeth. Other participating senior centers are located throughout the city.
