RAISE YOUR VIBES Part 1: Effective Self-Talk
Self-talk is very personal. What works for you may not work at all for someone else.  Moreover, what’s most relevant to you will change with time, depending on what you have going on in your life. We all need to periodically update our self-talk to address the self-defeating patterns that are most problematic for us at the time.
In Part 1 you will learn that you have the power to influence your perceptions on the story of your life; how to construct effective Self-Talk and how to apply tips for getting your inner dialogue “on track with uplifting messages.”
The goal of healing our self-talk is to increase self-awareness, deepen self-empowerment and consciously use self-talk to balance self-compassion and self-responsibility while reducing “negative monkey chatter” and improving mental and emotional well being.

RAISE YOUR VIBES Part 2: ENERGY BALANCING EXERCISES
— Many of us would love to have more energy and vitality in our daily lives, and energy balancing gives us easy-to-use tools for balancing the energy fields of the body to improve every aspect of our physical and emotional lives. In Part 2 of Raise Your Vibes we will focus on boosting resilience and vitality, releasing stress, balancing emotions and achieving mental clarity. These energy exercises combine movement, tapping, and self-massage to enhance overall health and well-being.

RAISE YOUR VIBES PART 3: DISCOVER THE THERAPEUTIC POWER OF SOUND
 Allow yourself to be immersed in an extraordinary sound experience—part “sound bath” and vocal sound relaxation. While relaxing on mats, guided by live, therapeutic instruments including gong, harmony chimes, sound pipes, and tuning forks, experience the deepest level of relaxation. Realign and harmonize yourself to a state of connectedness and experience reduced stress, deep inner peace, expanded awareness and an opening to creative ideas. Emerge feeling balanced, energized, and deeply connected to your best self!
