Tap dance icon, choreographer, poet, and drummer Brenda Bufalino closes the inaugural Uptown Rhythm Dance Festival. With stories and work spanning a lifetime, Bufalino starts with the film The White Buffalo Suite, which her company the American Tap Dance Orchestra premiered in 1990.
Her cast of collaborators includes dancers Alice Baum, Tammy Sakuri, and Dylan Szuch as well as accordion player and pianist Ben Rosenbaum and bass player Joe Fonda.
