PEN World Voices Festival of International Literature, New York City, April 28-May 4, 2014.

For its 10th anniversary, the Festival celebrates those who have dared to stand ‘on the edge,’ risking their careers, and sometimes their lives, to speak out for their art and beliefs. The Literary Safari will feature an evening of readings in artists’ apartments in the storied Westbeth Artists Housing complex. Readins are approximately 15 minutes with additional time for questions. Then it’s on to the next author and the next apartment.
