MY BLUE LAKE is a matinee dance and live music performance, offered FREE to the community at the Westbeth Courtyarnd and Community Room. Created by choreographer Carol Nolte , and sponsored by WARC, the event will be a moving landscape of dances. Carol and her company will present "My Blue Lake" a new dance in progress about moments of clarity in a woman's life. Carol's dance is created with composer Dan Evans Farkas who will play live at the performance. Also presenting will be choreographer collaborators presenting new work.

Amanda Punsoda will show a new courtyard dance for a group of dancers. Amy Kail will be creating a new work with music played live by composer Matt Aiken. Shannon Piercy and Melora Griffis will both be premiering original solos. A reception in the Community Room will follow the performance with discussion with composers and choreographers.
